The remuneration report for the 2023 financial year and the auditor’s report in accordance with Section 162 AktG, the valid remuneration system in line with Section 87a (1) and (2) sentence 1 AktG and the most recent remuneration resolution in accordance with Section 113 (3) AktG are made publicly available at www.hhla.de/corporategovernance.
